We always inform you well in advance how much time you have left for a smooth order before your trade shows and events. We will send you inspirations and newsletters at regular intervals to keep you up to date and give you ideas about new products and opportunities.
After you have decided on a product, the first samples are manufactured. After their approval, production begins immediately. In the meantime, we clarify together what kind of packaging you want for your giveaways or collection items. There are various types of gift packaging, also sustainable, to choose from - cardboard boxes in your design or with your logo and claim, velvet or canvas bags and pouches, and metal or plastic boxes. If gift packaging is not desired, all items will be packed in PP bags to save volume. At this time, all relevant dimensions of the shipment will be provided to you so that you can plan your warehouse logistics.
After a few days or weeks (depending on the product) you will receive a pre-production samplethat you can also examine. We supervise the entire production process and carry out quality checks and if necessary testing and certification. We then take over the complete logistical handling. According to your wish we send the goods to you by Express or on the favorable sea route. In all cases we take over the customs clearance and ensure that you receive your order on time. Delivery to your warehouse will be made according to your specifications, alternatively we will store the goods for you. From our warehouse, you can call off smaller quantities at any time, or have us ship directly to your customers. For this service we will be happy to provide you with a separate offer.
Of course, we will contact you with our final after sales service. For us, it is indispensable to hear whether you were satisfied or whether you would have wished something different from us at any point in the processing chain.
